★ How to do the first diamond painting?

BEFORE THE ACTIVITY

Choose a diamond painting set

Your favorite picture will motivate you even more when you finish it. We have a wide range of diamond painting kits that vary in price not only according to the size of the painting but also the difficulty of the exercise. In addition, in our shop you will find kits with different themes, such as Disney kits, animals, landscapes, flowers, famous people, masterpieces by great artists ...

If you want to enjoy fun and craft activities with your kids, an animal or Disney kit with vivid colors will be a good choice.

If you need some decoration for your house, consider landscape, nature or flower sets.

Check the box when you receive it

In order to make your diamond painting easier for you, it is better to check the kit when you receive it. Do you have all the specified tools? Is the material in good condition? Is there an instruction manual? If you have any problem, please contact us.

DURING THE ACTIVITY

Step 1

Remove a piece of protective film from the canvas and select the icon you want to put on this piece of canvas.

Step 2

Find the number that corresponds to the symbol in the index. Open the corresponding numbered diamond bag.

Step 3

Take some diamonds and put them in the container. Shake it to get the diamonds in place.

Step 4

Take a diamond with the pliers and stick it on the correct symbol. Don't forget to line up the diamonds with a ruler.

You can also apply some glue with the pen, and then stick a diamond on the canvas with the tip of the pen.

AFTER THE ACTIVITY

When you're done, don't forget to cover your work with the protective film. You can put it in a frame and hang it on the wall.

Refund

★ Under what circumstances can you make the return?

- You changed your mind before the package was shipped. That means we haven't received the tracking numbers yet.

- Problems with the order when you receive it (products missing, products received incorrectly, products damaged). In this case, you can request a refund or an exchange.

- Products you have not received after 45 working days. If 45 working days have passed since your order and you still have not received the products and the tracking shows that they have not yet been delivered, you can request a refund through online chat or our contact email Request .

★In which case can they not be returned?

- If you change your mind after the products have already shipped. This means that you already have the tracking number when you order.

★ Unexpected damage and reception problems?

- Damage during transport.

★ How can I request a refund?

ATTATTENTION: You have the right to request a refund within 30 days of receipt of the goods. No refund or exchange is possible after 30 days.

Once the conditions are met, we will process the refund immediately.

Send us the unused item, which must be in the condition in which you received it, in the original packaging.

ATTENTION:

Do not return the item to the manufacturer.

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are non-refundable and are at your expense.

For orders over €75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or purchase insurance for your shipment.

Also provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the refund.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email to let us know that we have received the returned item. We'll also let you know if your refund was approved or declined.

If approved, the refund will be sent within a few days to the payment method you specified when you placed your order.

★ Late or no refund (if applicable)?

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

★ Special cases ?

Exchange

We only replace and refund items that were originally defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange the same item, email us at service@verliebtindiamondpainting.de so we can find a suitable return address in your postal area.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once we have received the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift mailed the order to themselves to be shipped back to you later, we will send the refund to that person and them will know that you have returned her gift.
