VerliebtinDiamondPainting offers this website, including all information, tools and services available on this website, to you, the user, conditioned on your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices set forth herein.

SECTION 1 - GENERAL

When products are in stock we will try to have a clear and accurate stock display on our website, but we may not be able to fulfill 100% of your orders at the time of purchase fulfill. In this case, we will deliver the products that are in stock and we will contact you to choose the action to be taken for the items that are out of stock: wait for the product in question to become available again or proceed with the reimbursement of these items.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items. Shipping charges are collected at checkout.

SECTION 3 - DELIVERY

SECTION 3.1 - NATIONAL TERM

Generally, the package takes 5 to 10 days to arrive.

SECTION 3.2 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIME

Generally, international orders are in transit between 5 and 10 days.

SECTION 3.3 - DISPATCH TIME

Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day after receipt of payment. Our warehouse operates normal business hours from Monday to Friday, except on national holidays when the warehouse is closed. If so, we will take steps to mitigate any shipping delays.

SECTION 3.4 - CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

We can change the delivery address at any time before the package is delivered.

SECTION 4 - ORDER TRACKING

During the transport, the customer will receive a link to track their order with updated information from our transport service.

SECTION 5 - PACKAGE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find the package damaged upon receipt, please refuse it and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered in your absence, please contact your local postal service.

SECTION 6 - RIGHTS AND TAX

VAT is added to the price of our products as displayed on the website.

SECTION 6.2 - IMPORT TAX AND RIGHTS

Import taxes and rights for international packages may be payable in the destination country. This can vary from country to country and Diamond Art Love advises you to consider these possible costs before ordering on our website. If you refuse to pay the import tax and the rights in the destination country, the products will be returned to Diamond Art Love and the customer will receive a refund of the products paid, minus the return shipping cost. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

SECTION 7 - CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellation at any time before the items are shipped. If an order has already been dispatched, please see our refund policy.
